Job Duties
- Provide ongoing telephone coverage
- Complete assigned security schedule, maintaining integrity and security of the community
- Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers with professionalism
- Accept delivery packages, document receipt, and notify recipients
- Prepare maintenance work orders as requested
- Assist management with projects and assignments
