Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years receptionist or concierge experience in a busy hospitality environment
- ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- ability to respond quickly and physically cover a large campus
- demonstrated customer service commitment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least two years of experience as a receptionist or concierge in a busy setting
- strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- excellent multitasking abilities
- ability to maintain composure under pressure
- valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Answering phone calls promptly
- serving as first responder and liaison between emergency personnel and residents
- coordinating communication between residents and team members
- monitoring building activities and reporting incidents
- assisting visitors and residents with inquiries
- maintaining accurate records and logs
- operating Touchmark vehicles as needed
