Reporting to the Lead Concierge, this role is responsible for greeting patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth at entry points and vehicle drop-offs. This position also helps facilitate the flow of patients and visitors between various units such as registration desks, information counters, and service areas.

These individuals should possess effective verbal and telephone communication skills to engage with patients and visitors clearly and respectfully. Basic computer skills are essential for managing system logins and accessing directional resources such as maps and way-finding tools. The role involves ensuring that entry areas are orderly and that volunteer staff in the area are directed positively and respectfully. Additionally, the Concierge must adhere to professional dress codes and departmental telephone etiquette, ensuring timely response to calls.
This position is well-suited for candidates with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry or a related field where customer service excellence is paramount. Although bilingual skills are preferred, they are not mandatory. Candidates must have completed a GED or HiSet. The role demands a person who is physically capable of meeting the daily requirements of the job and able to perform various tasks that keep the service environment welcoming and efficient.
