Job Requirements
- GED or HiSet required
- 2 to 3 years of hospitality or related experience
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Physical ability to meet job requirements daily
- Professional appearance as per departmental guidelines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain order and professionalism under pressure
Job Qualifications
- GED or HiSet
- 2 to 3 years of experience in hospitality or related field with customer service focus
- Basic PC skills
- Effective verbal and telephone communication skills
- Ability to handle high-volume, stressful situations calmly
- Capable of directing volunteers positively
- Bilingual preferred
Job Duties
- Greet arriving customers in a positive and professional manner
- Proactively offer services and provide information assistance as needed
- Facilitate patient and visitor flow between desks and service locations
- Provide clear directions using wayfinding tools and maps
- Respond to general inquiries and secure special assistance like wheelchairs or volunteer escorts
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of entry areas
- Follow departmental telephone etiquette and answer calls promptly
