Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of related experience in hospitality, customer service, or valet operations
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong professional communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Familiarity with vehicle handling and safety protocols
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift regularly
- Ability to operate vehicles safely
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and emergency support if needed
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Welcome and greet residents, guests, and visitors to the facility
- Safely park and retrieve resident and guest vehicles
- Maintain valet logs and ensure proper handling of keys
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage or packages
- Receive and manage package deliveries at the front desk
- Coordinate dry cleaning pickup and drop-off and other personal errands
- Create reservations for building amenities such as lounge, fitness center, and guest suites
- Perform various administrative and managerial tasks in support of the facility's mission
- Maintain accurate records and logs related to concierge and valet services
- Provide directions and recommendations for dining, entertainment, and services in the surrounding area
- Other duties as assigned
