Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- Customer service experience
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and related applications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Willingness to participate in required safety and compliance training
- Pass required drug test, tuberculosis test, and background checks
- Covid-19 and influenza vaccination as applicable by law
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven customer service experience
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office and Sunrise software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Experience in administrative or front desk roles preferred
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
Job Duties
- Greet potential residents, families, and visitors with a warm welcome
- Manage incoming telephone calls and messages effectively
- Provide community overview and direct inquiries to appropriate contacts
- Assist with recruitment processes by capturing candidate information
- Maintain cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere in the front desk and Bistro areas
- Support the Director of Sales with lead tracking and administrative duties
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and participate in risk management efforts
