This position also involves actively contributing to safety and risk management protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Concierge serves as a vital link among residents, families, and the administrative team, managing emergency protocols and supporting resident and team member safety programs. A successful Concierge must demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills alongside a commitment to the company's core values and principles of service.

Opportunities for tuition reimbursement and discretionary bonuses further support career growth and financial wellbeing. Employment is contingent upon standard health and safety screenings, including drug testing, physical evaluation, and background checks.
