The role of Concierge at Puttery is critical as the frontline ambassador of the brand and guest experience. This position is the first point of contact for all visitors, setting the tone for a warm, friendly, and engaging atmosphere from the moment guests arrive. The Concierge provides detailed information about the venue’s features including dining options, gaming experiences, and special event offerings, ensuring every guest feels acknowledged, informed, and valued throughout their time on-site. Beyond greeting guests, the Concierge manages reservations effectively, maintains organization within reservation systems, and communicates important details clearly both to guests and to venue staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
In addition to front desk duties, the Concierge plays an active part in maintaining the smooth flow of guest activities by anticipating needs, addressing any concerns or questions promptly, and collaborating closely with all departments. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of experience in a concierge, guest service, or hospitality role
- experience with computerized booking and point-of-sale systems
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- strong organizational skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds without assistance
- evening, weekend, and holiday availability
- excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests warmly, offering personalized recommendations and information about the venue
- create a seamless arrival and departure experience for all guests
- act as a brand ambassador by promoting food, beverage, and entertainment options
- manage reservations, waitlists, and guest inquiries through the reservation system and phone line
- maintain awareness of guest activity throughout the venue and proactively offer assistance
- communicate clearly and courteously with guests and team members
- support other team members and perform additional duties as requested by management
