This company is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of customer service and building management to ensure resident satisfaction and property integrity. The organization operates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a focus on professionalism, responsiveness, and community engagement. As a key player in the property management industry, the company aims to foster safe and secure residential communities with attentive service and operational excellence.
The role of Concierge Associate is a vital position within the property management team, designed to enhance the resident experience while ensuring the safety and security of the building premises. Working full-time and offering a competitive wage of $17.00 per hour, this position is perfect for individuals who thrive in customer service roles and possess a keen sense of responsibility and situational awareness. The Concierge Associate acts as the frontline representative, greeting residents, checking in guests and service providers, and ensuring smooth access control. This role demands proficiency in emergency response protocols, the ability to operate electronic security control systems, and meticulousness in maintaining daily logs, records, and forms.
In addition to security surveillance and access control, the Concierge Associate supports general concierge services and performs administrative clerical duties using Microsoft Word and Excel. This position also involves routine patrolling of the building premises as directed to monitor safety and operational conditions. Strong communication skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities are essential for this role, along with a commitment to upholding a secure environment throughout the property. The physical demands of the job include the ability to lift between 30 to 50 pounds, standing and sitting for extended periods, occasional climbing, and the ability to detect auditory and visual emergency alarms.
The company fosters an inclusive work environment, offering reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to meet essential job functions. This role may require flexible work hours, including weekends, potential overtime, and attendance at board meetings. Employees are also expected to maintain a professional demeanor and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills while navigating the challenges presented by varied environmental conditions, such as exposure to outdoor weather, traffic noise, and other operational factors.
The company supports its employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including multiple medical plan options, dental and vision coverage, paid holidays, time off benefits, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match. Occasional travel for training and company events may be necessary, allowing associates to enhance their professional development and stay updated with best practices in property management and concierge services. This job offers a unique blend of responsibilities that merge customer service, security, and administrative functions in a collaborative and professional setting geared towards fostering a welcoming community for all residents.
