Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver's license
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • excellent customer service skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
  • physical ability to stand, sit, walk, and climb as necessary
  • capability to work extended or flexible hours including weekends and attend meetings
  • ability to detect auditory and visual emergency alarms
  • willingness to work occasional overtime
  • ability to handle computer and office equipment
  • availability for occasional travel for training
  • must be able to navigate the property quickly and effectively

Job Duties

  • Provides exceptional customer service
  • meets and greets residents
  • checks guests and service providers in/out
  • understands and reacts to emergency response and access control procedures
  • monitors and operates electronic security control systems
  • accurately maintains daily logs, records and forms
  • assists with general concierge services and performs administrative clerical work, including Word and Excel documents
  • walks the building premises as directed for monitoring purposes
  • monitors and controls access to the building
  • resolves and follows-up on complaints/issues, escalating to supervisor if necessary
  • helps maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property
  • has the ability to understand and complete all required forms
  • may be assigned other duties by supervisor
