Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Maintaining a welcoming, helpful, and discrete environment for every guest
- Answering phone calls while responding to chats and emails that come through our unique computer systems
- Connecting with our VIP guests to discuss their needs for transportation, restaurant reservations, amenities, preferences, arrival/departure time
- Working with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of
