We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Concierge Attendant to join our team and elevate the guest experience at our Concierge Lounge. This role is vital in managing the day-to-day operations of the lounge, ensuring VIP guests receive exceptional service in a welcoming, comfortable environment. The ideal candidate will be someone with a vibrant personality who is passionate about hospitality and dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

The Concierge Attendant will be responsible for serving food and beverages promptly and professionally, engaging with guests in a manner that reflects our commitment to excellent service, and frequently checking in to guarantee guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Part of the role also involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas, including chinaware and glassware. At the end of shifts, this role requires completing closing tasks such as restocking essential items and securing the lounge to maintain operational readiness and safety.

This position offers flexible scheduling, including both part-time and full-time employment opportunities to accommodate different availability needs. Two shift options are available: an AM shift running Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and a PM shift Sunday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. This flexibility is designed to ensure that the Concierge Lounge operates smoothly throughout the day and caters effectively to the varying schedules of our guests.
