The current opportunity available is an essential role focused on resident admissions and family engagement. This position serves as a critical liaison between the community, residents, and their families, ensuring a smooth and supportive transition into the facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the admission and discharge processes of assigned residents, welcoming new residents and their family members, and delivering excellent customer service throughout their experience. Job Requirements

- Previous experience in senior care or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
