- Proven customer service experience
- Knowledge and experience in the senior living industry preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Availability for 2nd and 3rd shifts on specified days
- Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Greet potential residents, families, and visitors warmly
- Manage both external and internal calls promptly
- Take and communicate messages accurately
- Provide community information in support of marketing and sales efforts
- Assist with community recruitment process and candidate information gathering
- Perform computer data entry and other general administrative duties
- Monitor the Bistro area for refreshments, cleanliness, music, and atmosphere to ensure a pleasant environment
