The Concierge role at Clarendale West End is a pivotal position focused on hospitality and resident engagement. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- excellent telephone communication skills
- familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
- prior experience in hospitality or senior living preferred
- ability to work evening and weekend shifts
- part-time availability for 15-20 hours per week

Job Duties
- Provide ongoing telephone coverage
- solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner that meets organizational objectives and satisfies individuals
- keep difficult situations from escalating
- accept delivery packages, document receipt in a log book, and notify residents of delivery
- prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
- assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments
