The Concierge role at Clarendale West End is a pivotal position focused on hospitality and resident engagement. This part-time role offers 15 to 20 hours per week, requiring evening and weekend shifts, with a competitive hourly wage of $18 to $19. The Concierge serves as the first impression for anyone visiting the community, greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and service providers warmly and professionally. This front-facing position demands exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse requests and concerns efficiently while maintaining organizational standards and delivering personalized service.

In addition to greeting visitors, the Concierge provides ongoing telephone coverage, manages delivery packages with accuracy, and ensures residents are promptly notified of their arrivals. The role also involves coordinating maintenance requests and assisting the Business Office Manager with various projects and assignments. This multifaceted position requires a balance of hospitality expertise, administrative skill, and the ability to resolve issues peacefully and effectively, preventing escalation and promoting satisfaction for all parties involved.

Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, employee assistance programs, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, life insurance, and a referral program. While paid time off is available for full-time employees, part-time team members still enjoy many of these valuable perks, reflecting the company’s commitment to investing in its workforce.

If you are an enthusiastic and compassionate professional passionate about hospitality and senior care, this Concierge opportunity at Clarendale West End is your chance to make a meaningful impact every day.
