Job Requirements

  • High school degree or GED
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and community software
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Willingness to adhere to safety and risk management protocols
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Willingness to complete required training and comply with health and safety mandates
  • Passing drug test and physical evaluation as conditions of employment

Job Qualifications

  • High school degree or GED
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and relevant applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Demonstrated good judgment and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in a senior living or related environment is preferable

Job Duties

  • Greet potential residents, families, and visitors with a warm welcome
  • Manage incoming telephone calls and messages promptly and professionally
  • Assist the Director of Sales and Executive Director with community inquiries and recruitment efforts
  • Maintain the cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere of the entry and Bistro area including stocking refreshments and music
  • Oversee safety protocols including resident sign-in/out procedures and elopement prevention
  • Perform administrative tasks such as updating resident rosters, meal ticket processing, and mail distribution
  • Participate actively in team meetings, training, and engagement programs to support community goals
