Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- Proven customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and community software
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Willingness to adhere to safety and risk management protocols
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Willingness to complete required training and comply with health and safety mandates
- Passing drug test and physical evaluation as conditions of employment
Job Qualifications
- High school degree or GED
- Proven customer service experience
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and relevant applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Demonstrated good judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in a senior living or related environment is preferable
Job Duties
- Greet potential residents, families, and visitors with a warm welcome
- Manage incoming telephone calls and messages promptly and professionally
- Assist the Director of Sales and Executive Director with community inquiries and recruitment efforts
- Maintain the cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere of the entry and Bistro area including stocking refreshments and music
- Oversee safety protocols including resident sign-in/out procedures and elopement prevention
- Perform administrative tasks such as updating resident rosters, meal ticket processing, and mail distribution
- Participate actively in team meetings, training, and engagement programs to support community goals
