The Concierge role is a pivotal position within the Member Experience & Hospitality department, operating as the operational backbone of the front-of-house experience. The Concierge will be responsible for managing multiple moving parts with efficiency and accuracy while maintaining an exceptional level of personalized service. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in luxury hospitality, executive support, concierge services, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, service management software, and Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years in luxury hospitality, executive support, concierge services, or high-touch service coordination
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high volume of tasks simultaneously while remaining calm and precise under pressure
  • Skilled in using CRM tools, service management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties

  • Support the management team in executing tenant requests and personalized touchpoints
  • Track all open service items until each is resolved, confirmed, and documented
  • Interact with tenants in person and in writing with warmth, precision, and discretion
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant preferences and service history to ensure personalized service delivery
  • Coordinate with third-party providers and amenity partners, managing scheduling logistics and confirming service details
  • Manage deliveries, visitor registration, and tenant notifications with accuracy and urgency
  • Assist with the logistics for tenant activations and private events, including RSVP tracking and vendor setup
