We are currently seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our team who will embody the spirit of hospitality and provide unparalleled support to our guests. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our resort, acting as the primary point of contact for guests seeking assistance, information, and recommendations. The Concierge will meet with guests and provide outstanding customer service that is consistent with our brand’s high standards. This includes assisting guests and owners in a friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up, handling all inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy.

A successful candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of the resort or hotel operations along with an extensive understanding of the local area. This entails building a robust knowledge base of local restaurants, shops, tourist attractions, transportation options, and airports to offer tailored recommendations and directions. Maintaining positive and professional relationships with vendors and merchants is essential, as is collaborating closely with operational partners to ensure effective communication between managers, guests, and service providers.

Additionally, the Concierge supports the marketing and sales departments by assisting with various administrative tasks, thus contributing to the overall operational success of the establishment. Responsibilities also include managing inventory and stock of supplies, brochures, and marketing collateral at concierge desks, as well as coordinating pre-arrival support and facilitating correspondence with guests to ensure seamless arrival and stay experiences. The role requires acting as a liaison for the services and sales center and working collaboratively with resort associates and resources to deliver exceptional service.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service

Job Duties

  • Maintains a positive and professional relationship with all vendors and merchants
  • Supports operations partners and vendors delivering communication to managers and guests on a daily basis
