Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of related work experience
- Availability for afternoon and evening shifts on varying days
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Reliability and punctuality

- Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of related work experience
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with hospital or healthcare environment preferred
Job Duties
- Act as a source of facility knowledge for clients, customers, and patients who seek information, guidance and assistance
- Provide concierge services to patients, visitors, guests etc.
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with all hospital guests
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming
- Assist in directing visitors to appropriate departments or services
