This role also involves handling mail distribution and maintaining important resident documentation as needed. By performing these tasks, the Concierge contributes directly to the seamless operation of the community and helps create a warm, safe, and responsive environment.

At ISL, we offer a competitive wage, access to earned wages before payday, flexible scheduling options inclusive of full-time and part-time hours, and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances for full-time employees. Our benefit package includes paid time off and holidays for full-time roles, employer-matched 401(k), paid training programs, career advancement opportunities, meals, uniforms, and an Employee Assistance Program.
