Job Requirements
- High school diploma or associated certification (GED)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales-oriented, financial or retail customer service environment
- Spanish language fluency highly desirable
- Proficient PC skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, nights, or weekends
- Capacity to sit or stand for long periods
- Reliable transportation and commitment to travel to Tukwila and Federal Way Crossings financial centers
- Willingness to work rotating Saturday shifts after training
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Welcome members with warmth
- Streamline branch traffic by connecting members to appropriate team members
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for location staff
- Maintain a member-friendly environment by keeping areas clean and organized
- Empower members by demonstrating and educating them on BECU's digital services and tools
- Manage member flow efficiently to ensure a seamless experience
- Provide courteous and professional service to create positive member interactions
