Clarendale West End is currently seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge to join their dedicated team in a part-time capacity, offering 15 to 20 hours per week, covering evening and weekend shifts. The Concierge serves a vital role as the welcoming face of the community, responsible for greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and service providers in a warm and professional manner. As the first point of contact, the Concierge ensures that everyone entering the community feels welcomed and valued, setting a positive tone for their visit.
This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills as the Concierge handles inquiries with care and efficiency. Responsibilities include providing ongoing telephone coverage to support residents and staff, managing deliveries by logging packages and notifying recipients, and preparing maintenance work orders as requested. Additionally, the Concierge assists the Business Office Manager with various projects and assignments, contributing to the smooth operation of the community.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
- Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry and/or senior living a plus

Job Duties
- Provide ongoing telephone coverage
- Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner that meets organizational objectives and ensures individuals feel served
- Keep difficult situations from escalating
- Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident recipient of delivery
- Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
- Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments
