We are currently seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge to join our team on a part-time basis, offering 15-20 hours per week primarily during evenings and weekends. The Concierge role is pivotal to the community, serving as the friendly and professional 'first face' that residents, guests, prospective employees, vendors, and service providers encounter upon arrival. This position demands a strong commitment to service excellence and the ability to create a positive first impression that reflects the community’s high standards. The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive hourly wage of $18 to $19 and access to a comprehensive benefits package that supports health, well-being, and work-life balance.

The Concierge will handle a variety of essential duties, including providing ongoing telephone coverage to assist residents and guests, addressing and resolving issues to meet both organizational goals and individual satisfaction, managing deliveries by logging packages and notifying recipients, preparing maintenance work orders, and assisting the Business Office Manager with various projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, a helpful attitude, and the ability to remain calm and efficient in challenging situations.
