Job Duties
- Provide ongoing telephone coverage
- solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers enabling organizational objectives and ensuring individuals feel served
- accept delivery packages, document receipt in log book, and notify residents of deliveries
- prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
- assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments
