Cascade Living Group operates multiple communities, including Mountain Glen, which offers independent and assisted living services for seniors in the Bellingham, Oak Harbor, Arlington, Stanwood, and La Conner regions. The organization takes pride in creating a difference between simply living and living well, a philosophy that permeates everything from their supportive environment to their compassionate care and the proactive engagement of their team members.
Mountain Glen is committed to providing an enriching and welcoming environment for its residents, focusing on independence, dignity, and community integration. The facility supports seniors by providing a variety of assistance tailored to their unique needs while encouraging active participation in life's pleasures. Employees at Mountain Glen share the common mission of supporting residents' well-being through respectful and attentive service, making it a fulfilling place to work.
The role of Concierge at Mountain Glen is central to maintaining the warm, inviting atmosphere that defines the community. This full-time position, with shifts from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Friday plus holiday availability, pays from $17.13 to $19.13 per hour depending on experience. The Concierge acts as the community's first point of contact, responsible for greeting guests, managing communications, and supporting both residents and staff through a variety of administrative and interpersonal duties.
In this role, the Concierge is essential in building relationships with residents and their families, enhancing their experience by providing courteous and efficient service. Responsibilities range from answering calls and managing messages to preparing tours in coordination with the sales team. The Concierge also handles organizational tasks such as managing payroll, maintaining files, processing accounts receivable and payable, and ensuring that informational materials are prepared and available.
Mountain Glen values individuals who demonstrate compassion, reliability, and a proactive approach to their work, with skills in communication, problem-solving, and organization. Employees are expected to represent the community positively and professionally, contributing effectively to the team environment. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors by creating a culture that promotes living well rather than just living.
Cascade Living Group supports its employees by offering competitive wages, career advancement opportunities, comprehensive benefits including health insurance, and a supportive work culture. Additional perks such as flexible pet insurance, a 401K plan with company match, paid time off, education assistance, and longevity bonuses make this an attractive opportunity for dedicated individuals looking to grow within a caring community-focused organization.
