Job Description

Pegasus Senior Living (PSL) is a distinguished organization dedicated to providing exceptional senior living experiences. Renowned for its compassionate approach to elder care, PSL operates numerous senior living communities across the nation, each designed to create a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment for residents. With a mission that centers on celebrating and enhancing all lives with kindness and integrity, Pegasus Senior Living is committed to fostering a culture where employees can thrive while making meaningful differences in the lives of seniors. As a Great Place to Work Certified employer, PSL underscores its commitment to both resident satisfaction and employee well-being. Joining this team means becoming part of a community that values teamwork, empathy, and professional growth, ensuring that every day brings opportunities to contribute positively and feel fulfilled in your role.

The Concierge position at Pegasus Senior Living offers a dynamic opportunity to serve as a vital point of contact within a senior living community. This role goes beyond typical customer service, embedding a passion for serving seniors and ensuring their safety, comfort, and happiness throughout their day. The Concierge often represents the first and most frequent interaction that residents and visitors have with the community, making it essential to provide a warm and professional welcome. Shift options for the Concierge role are Thursday through Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a consistent schedule with a balance of work and personal time.

In addition to the rewarding nature of the work, this role offers a competitive salary ranging from $17.00 to $19.50 per hour, which is influenced by factors including education, experience, and certifications. Full-time and part-time employment options provide flexibility in scheduling, accommodating diverse personal and professional needs. PSL supports its Concierges extensively through an array of perks and programs designed to enhance job satisfaction and work-life balance. These include same-day pay options, a comprehensive benefits package encompassing medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions available to both full-time and part-time staff.

Moreover, employees benefit from up to 20 days of paid time off annually (for full-time associates), access to exclusive discounts on travel, dining, and retail, and unlimited employee referral bonuses up to $2,000. PSL fosters continuous career development through nationwide mentorship programs and education reimbursement initiatives that encourage lifelong learning and growth. Unique programs like PSL Cares provide additional financial assistance for health-related needs, and the culture emphasizes teamwork, accountability, empathy, and passion, ensuring a nurturing environment for both staff and residents. The Concierge role is an essential, fulfilling position within Pegasus Senior Living, perfect for individuals who want to make a tangible impact daily while benefiting from robust support and professional opportunities.
