The Concierge role at milk + honey is an essential position within the spa that centers on crafting memorable experiences for guests from the moment they step through the door until their departure. As the first point of in-person contact, the Concierge embodies warmth, attentiveness, and authenticity, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for throughout their visit. This role requires a compassionate individual who performs intentional acts of kindness aimed at making the world better through genuine human connection and intentional service. Responsibilities include managing guest interactions, educating clients on retail products, memberships, and service enhancements, and optimizing scheduling efficiency by carefully reviewing guest history and rebooking future appointments. Moreover, the Concierge collaborates closely with colleagues and management to support daily operations and maintain the spa’s smooth functionality.

This part-time or full-time position offers competitive compensation ranging from $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience, and involves working a mix of morning and evening shifts, including weekends and select holidays.
