Job Description

Havenwood of Burnsville is a distinguished senior living community dedicated to delivering exceptional care and enriching the lives of its residents. Located in Burnsville, this community offers a warm and welcoming environment where seniors can enjoy comfortable living supported by compassionate professionals. As a part of the Havenwood family, the company emphasizes not only the well-being of its residents but also the growth and satisfaction of its employees. The organization prides itself on fostering a respectful, inclusive, and professional atmosphere where every team member is valued and empowered to contribute to a meaningful mission. Havenwood of Burnsville invests in the future by prioritizing employee development, ensuring every member of the team feels supported and motivated in their role. This approach sets the community apart as a leader in senior living and care services.

Currently, Havenwood of Burnsville is seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge to join its front desk team. This role is an integral part of the community's commitment to excellent service and hospitality. The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers. This role requires a person who is not only friendly and approachable but also professional and dependable, reflecting the community's core values in every interaction.

The position requires availability mainly for the 8:00am to 4:00pm shift every other Friday, along with occasional fill-in coverage. Operating on two shifts—8:00am to 4:00pm and 4:00pm to 8:00pm—seven days a week, the role demands flexibility, reliability, and a strong team orientation. The starting pay is $17.00 per hour, dependent on experience level, offering a competitive wage for those dedicated to senior care and hospitality.

Responsibilities include managing telephone coverage, problem-solving for residents and vendors, handling package deliveries, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting maintenance and business office tasks. This multi-faceted position invites candidates who thrive in a dynamic environment and who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate embodies the hospitality pledges of warm greetings, courteous respect, anticipation of needs, enthusiastic response, accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail.

By joining Havenwood of Burnsville in this Concierge role, you become part of an extraordinary life—one that honors the rich histories of the seniors served and builds lasting relationships based on trust and care. The role offers not just a job, but a meaningful opportunity to contribute to a vibrant and caring community where your efforts are valued and your professional growth is nurtured. If you are enthusiastic, compassionate, and committed to excellent hospitality and senior engagement, this position provides an excellent pathway to make a positive impact while advancing your career in senior living.
