Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training or support at other properties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property management or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate schedules effectively
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Knowledge of local area and resources is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort
- Answer phone calls, route calls to appropriate team members, and assist with completed service request callbacks
- Maintain guest suite schedules, ensuring payment and cleanliness, and coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening
- Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community services
- Assist the community team with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- Keep detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery options, and maintain vendor relationships
