Villa at St. Louis Park is a 105-bed skilled nursing facility located in a serene suburban neighborhood currently undergoing an exciting renovation project. This healthcare institution is dedicated to providing exceptional rehabilitation services and long-term skilled geriatric care tailored to meet the individual needs of its residents. The role available is for a part-time Concierge during the evening hours and every other weekend, designed to enhance the customer service experience for residents and their families during transitional care stays. The Concierge acts as a vital bridge between residents, their families, and healthcare staff, ensuring that every guest’s experience is pleasant, supportive, and aligned with Villa Healthcare’s core values: Exceptional Care, Unexpected Luxury, and Passionate Care. This role requires a proactive, friendly, and detailed-oriented individual who is committed to enhancing resident satisfaction and supporting the daily operations of the facility.
Some key aspects of the Concierge role include greeting all guests warmly, ensuring the needs and requests of residents are promptly addressed, and managing logistical elements such as maintaining the Snack Cart. The Concierge will also be responsible for preparing resident rooms for new admissions, conducting building tours for prospective residents and their families, and maintaining communication through customer service questionnaires to promptly resolve any concerns. Daily interaction rounds with residents and family members are expected, promoting a welcoming and responsive environment. Additionally, the Concierge assists with in-house events that enrich the community atmosphere at Villa at St. Louis Park.
This position offers an opportunity to work closely with a dedicated healthcare team focused on supporting elders in their recovery and long-term care. Candidates chosen for the role will contribute directly to the quality of life for the residents and ensure that Villa’s standards of excellence in care and service are consistently met. The work schedule involves evening shifts from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on varying days and every other weekend from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., making it well suited for individuals seeking part-time employment with meaningful engagement in healthcare support and customer service.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members and healthcare staff
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to work part-time evening and weekend shifts
- Proficiency with computer programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Star quality customer service skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Great computer skills (ie. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Job Duties
- Greet all guests to promote villa healthcare goals: exceptional care, unexpected luxury and passionate care
- Meet with resident or responsible party within 24 to 48 hours of admission
- Be attentive to resident requests that would better their experience during their stay
- Manage and purchase necessary supplies to maintain the snack cart
- Ensure resident rooms are ready for new admissions
- Complete tours of the building for prospective residents or family members seeking placement
- Maintain customer service questionnaires and follow-up to address concerns
- Make daily rounds to interact with family members and residents
- Assist with in-house events
