This luxury hotel is part of the Avenue Bellevue lifestyle destination, featuring 208 elegantly designed guest rooms and 12,000 square feet of sophisticated meeting and event spaces. Crafted by the internationally acclaimed Hirsch Bedner Associates, the hotel combines modern luxury with exceptional service and elegance.
The specific role available is for a Concierge, a key position within the Guest Services team. The Concierge serves as the primary source of information and assistance for guests, helping them create memorable experiences during their stay. This role requires engaging with guests, offering insider knowledge about the hotel's amenities and local attractions, and ensuring every visitor feels welcome and well cared for. As the face of the hotel for many guests, the Concierge must provide outstanding customer service, solve problems creatively, and facilitate communication between guests and other hotel departments. Job Duties
- help guests discover their wanderlust experience
- provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
- establish relationships with local area restaurants, shops and attractions
- help to resolve problems and wow guests through recovery when things aren't quite right
- promote and sell special hotel programs
- interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
- communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty
- assist other departments as needed
