The Concessions Worker role at Oak View Group offers an exciting opportunity within this elite entertainment ecosystem. This position is vital in ensuring guests have a positive, seamless food and beverage experience during events. Working as a Concessions Worker means being an ambassador of the brand, providing exceptional customer service by thoroughly understanding the concession products, preparing and serving food and beverages with attention to quality and presentation, and keenly managing transactions.
This is an hourly role with a competitive pay range of $16.00 to $18.00 per hour and eligibility for tips, making it a rewarding position for individuals who thrive in dynamic, guest-focused environments. The role requires flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays, aligned with the nature of live events. Additionally, the position offers benefits for part-time employees including a 401(k) savings plan and matching, reflecting Oak View Group’s commitment to supporting its workforce.
The Concessions Worker will be engaged in a variety of tasks relating to food preparation, service, sanitation, and customer interaction — all critical for maintaining the high standards expected at OVG venues. A strong emphasis is placed on food safety, compliance with alcohol service regulations, and ensuring cleanliness at all times. The role also encourages a collaborative work environment, where effective communication and teamwork are crucial to managing the fast-paced flow of live events.
Oak View Group values diversity and inclusion greatly, believing that these principles enhance innovation, service quality, and overall excellence. As an Equal Opportunity Employer, OVG welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture that celebrates differences and unites employees to make a meaningful difference in the live entertainment industry.
