The Concessions Supervisor role at Zulu Grille, located within Kalahari Resorts & Conventions, is a vital leadership position responsible for overseeing the concessions department. The supervisor will work closely with management to uphold policies, procedures, and standards across food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and maintain efficient, welcoming concessions areas. Key responsibilities include providing leadership and support to the concessions team, filling in as needed to uphold service quality, coaching and training staff in professional development, and ensuring all equipment is maintained in excellent condition.
