The role of Concessions Supervisor at Aramark is a critical leadership position within the food service operations. This role involves overseeing or delegating various responsibilities including inventory management, customer service excellence, food preparation, and strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. The position ensures that every aspect of the food service experience runs smoothly, from the setup of workstations to the final delivery of food items to customers, maintaining high standards of quality and satisfaction. The Concessions Supervisor schedules and assigns daily work tasks to the food service team, trains and guides staff on job duties, food safety procedures, and customer interaction, and ensures compliance with Aramark’s safety policies and company asset security. This position requires a hands-on leader who can work independently and adapt to changing business needs, sometimes taking on additional duties as necessary. The hourly compensation rate is $28.00, reflecting Aramark’s commitment to fair and competitive wages. The role may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods, requiring resilience and a proactive approach to workplace safety. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred
  • previous food service experience required
  • must be able to acquire food safety certification
  • must be able to work independently with limited supervision
  • demonstrates excellent customer service skills
  • ability to perform physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing
  • willingness to wear uniforms and/or use personal protective equipment (PPE)

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred
  • previous food service experience required
  • must be able to acquire food safety certification
  • must be able to work independently with limited supervision
  • demonstrates excellent customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Schedules and assigns daily work assignments to a food service team and supervises the completion of tasks
  • trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, etc.
  • prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions
  • properly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
  • sets up work stations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables, etc.
  • breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes work stations
  • serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers' needs
  • replenishes food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels
  • maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
  • adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including accurate food safety and sanitation
  • ensures security of company assets
