As part of its dynamic operations, Legends Hospitality offers a vital role for a Concessions Supervisor who plays an essential part in supporting all concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations. This position is key to maintaining the high standards of customer service and operational efficiency that Legends Hospitality is known for. The Concessions Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supporting event day staff to ensure smooth service delivery at various venues and events. The role involves direct interaction with customers, upholding responsible service of alcoholic beverages, managing inventory, enforcing sanitation and service standards, and conducting audits to ensure compliance and quality across all food and beverage services.
This full-time hourly position offers a pay rate of $21.50 per hour and requires a committed individual capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role demands physical stamina and mobility due to the nature of the work environment, often exposed to open-air conditions and involving the lifting and carrying of items up to 50 pounds. The Concessions Supervisor will also have extended work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, consistent with the event schedule at the venue. Safety is a priority at Legends Hospitality, with all employees required to practice safe work habits, follow established safety procedures, and participate in ongoing safety training. Incident reporting and risk management through the company’s risk management system is also a critical responsibility.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting
- Must be able to work fluently in English
- Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds up and down stairs/ramps
- Ability to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Assist in training and counseling event staff
- Directly manage event day staff and interact with customers
- Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory
- Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance
- Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and food quality
- Interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards and inventory
- Conduct physical audit of inventory and product, research and perform reconciliations
