The Concessions Supervisor role at Legends Hospitality, a division of Legends Global, carries significant responsibility in managing the operational aspects of concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service within event environments. This position demands a dynamic leader who can manage, train, and support event staff to provide outstanding customer service while ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. This is a hands-on supervisory role that involves the direct management of event day staff and requires excellent communication and organizational skills to maintain high service, sanitation, product, and food quality standards. The supervisor is critical in managing the flow of food and beverage inventory, conducting physical audits, and ensuring the responsible service of alcoholic beverages in compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines.

The role also emphasizes safety with a mandate for practicing and reinforcing safe work habits among the team, engaging in routine safety training, and promptly reporting safety incidents. The role is hourly paid at $18 per hour and involves working in an open-air environment under varying climate conditions, often requiring physical activity such as lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, and mobility to meet operational demands. The work schedule includes shifts during nights, weekends, holidays, and extended event hours, reflecting the fast-paced and dynamic nature of the entertainment and hospitality industry.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service
  • Must be able to work fluently in English
  • Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds up and down stairs/ramps
  • Ability to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Strong attention to detail and extremely organized with elevated time management and prioritizing skills
  • Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service
  • Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting
  • Must be able to work fluently in English
  • Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds up and down stairs/ramps
  • Ability to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time

Job Duties

  • Assist in training and counseling of event staff
  • Directly manage event day staff while having direct interaction with customers
  • Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory
  • Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance within corporate procedures
  • Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality
  • Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards, inventory
  • Conduct physical audit of inventory and product, research and perform reconciliations
