As a Concessions Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading and supporting a team of concession staff during game days and events. Your primary responsibility will involve overseeing the daily operations within assigned concession locations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through effective leadership, quality service, and adherence to safety standards. This hands-on position requires active participation in service tasks such as assisting guests, monitoring inventory, stocking supplies, and operating cashier functions as needed. Additionally, you will investigate and resolve customer complaints related to food quality or service to maintain high standards. The role demands strong organizational skills to assign staff duties appropriately and verify proper setup and shutdown procedures at various locations.
