This role demands a proactive leader who can effectively manage event day staff, ensuring exceptional customer interaction and maintaining operational standards. The supervisor will assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling event personnel, ensuring they are well-prepared and motivated. Responsible for maintaining and controlling high-volume food and beverage inventory, the supervisor ensures compliance with company standards and legal regulations, particularly regarding the responsible service of alcoholic beverages. Given the dynamic nature of live events, the supervisor must be adaptable to working in open-air environments under various climate conditions and be physically capable of handling demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds. The position requires availability to work all venue events, which may include extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Certifications such as CA Food Handlers and CA Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) are mandatory.
