Currently, Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a motivated and skilled seasonal Concessions Supervisor to join their team at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida. Nu Stadium is a state-of-the-art soccer stadium set to open in 2026, serving as the future home of Inter Miami CF. This modern entertainment destination will host world-class soccer matches, concerts, and live events year-round. Delaware North will lead the concession and premium food and beverage services at the stadium, focusing on innovative culinary experiences that celebrate Miami's vibrant culture while elevating traditional stadium fare.

The role of Concessions Supervisor is pivotal to ensuring an exceptional guest experience every game day and event. As a supervisor, you will lead and motivate a team of concession staff members, overseeing daily operations including food and beverage service, inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining high-quality standards. This seasonally based position offers an hourly wage of $21.00 and the chance to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment that thrives on delivering memorable visitor experiences. The Concessions Supervisor will be responsible for assigning duties, assisting with training new members, investigating and resolving guest complaints, and managing labor and profit loss effectively. This position demands strong leadership skills, the ability to implement rules, and a proactive approach to anticipating guest needs. It also requires physical stamina, as the role involves constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and occasionally lifting stock up to 50 pounds.
