The Concessions Supervisor role at Legends Hospitality, a division within Legends Global, plays a crucial role in supporting concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations. This position involves overseeing event day staff, ensuring quality service, and maintaining inventory control in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The role demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to enforcing standards related to service, sanitation, and product quality. The supervisor will be responsible for training and coaching event staff, managing inventory audits, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and corporate policies, including responsible alcohol service. This role is essential in maintaining the excellent customer experience Legends Hospitality is known for while adhering to safety and operational protocols. The pay rate for this position is $20.50 per hour, reflecting the skilled nature of the work and responsibility involved. Candidates must be prepared to work in various weather conditions, handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds, and be available for all venue events including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service
  • Must be able to work fluently in English
  • Ability to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds up and down stairs/ramps
  • Strong attention to detail and extremely organized
  • Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting
  • Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Strong attention to detail and extremely organized with elevated time management and prioritizing skills
  • Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service
  • Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting

Job Duties

  • Assist in training and counseling of event staff
  • Directly manage event day staff while having direct interaction with customers
  • Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory
  • Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance within corporate procedures
  • Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality
  • Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards, inventory
  • Conduct physical audit of inventory and product, research and perform reconciliations
