Job Description

Delaware North Sportservice is currently seeking a seasonal Concessions Supervisor to join their dynamic team at Miami Freedom Park located in Miami, Florida. Miami Freedom Park is a cutting-edge soccer stadium and entertainment venue set to open in 2026 as the home of Inter Miami CF, becoming a hub for world-class soccer matches, concerts, and other live entertainment throughout the year. Delaware North will oversee stadium concessions and premium food and beverage services, crafting innovative culinary experiences that celebrate Miami's vibrant culture while enhancing classic stadium offerings. The Concessions Supervisor position is a seasonal, part-time role with a competitive pay rate of $21.00 per hour. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at managing teams, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining operational standards. Responsibilities include assigning team duties, assisting with training, resolving guest complaints related to food quality or service, managing labor and profit loss, and ensuring accurate cash handling and tip record-keeping. The Concessions Supervisor will also step in to assist guests, handle cashier duties, stock shelves, and count inventory as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to team leadership.

Candidates should bring experience in the restaurant industry along with supervisory experience preferred, ideally possessing strong skills in directing staff and implementing operational policies. The ability to anticipate and meet guest needs while working under pressure is essential. Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, repetitive motions, occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, and the potential to work outdoors in variable weather conditions. Work shifts will include days, evenings, holidays, weekends, and event days, offering a dynamic and engaging work schedule.

Job Requirements

  • Experience working in a restaurant required
  • Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience preferred
  • Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
  • Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions constantly
  • Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications
