Delaware North Sportservice is a well-established hospitality company specializing in food service operations within sports venues, entertainment centers, and other renowned locations. At Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Delaware North provides high-quality concessions, premium dining, and exceptional customer experiences for fans and visitors. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a food-service position required
  • Previous point-of-sale or computer operation preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Supervisors are required to obtain an alcohol operator’s license from the City of Green Bay within 60 days of their hire date
  • Ability to complete the required pre-employment food safety and alcohol service training
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a food-service position
  • Previous point-of-sale or computer operation preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills

Job Duties

  • Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
  • Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
  • Manage labor and profit loss
  • Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift
  • Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary
