Job Description

Delaware North Sportservice is a well-established hospitality company specializing in food service operations within sports venues, entertainment centers, and other renowned locations. At Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Delaware North provides high-quality concessions, premium dining, and exceptional customer experiences for fans and visitors. Since 2012, Delaware North has been responsible for concessions and dining services at Lambeau Field and Titletown, the vibrant entertainment district adjacent to the stadium. Along with operating popular venues such as Homefield Pub + Social and Topgolf Swing Suites, the company hosts special seasonal events like sledding and ice skating, offering unique experiences to guests of all ages. Delaware North is part of a global legacy as a family-owned company with over 100 years of history, delivering memorable moments across various sectors including sports, casinos, national parks, retail, and hospitality worldwide.

As a seasonal Concessions Supervisor at Lambeau Field, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest service during high-energy game days and events. This position offers an exciting, fast-paced work environment where no two days are alike. Starting at $18.00 per hour, this hourly role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on involvement, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic settings and enjoy direct engagement with both team members and guests.

In this role, you will be responsible for assigning duties to scheduled team members, assisting with their training, and ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will investigate and resolve any complaints related to food quality, service, or accommodations, guaranteeing that every guest leaves satisfied. Managing labor and profit loss is an essential part of the position, requiring careful oversight and accurate record-keeping, particularly regarding cash handling and tip management during your shift. Additionally, the role involves stepping in to assist guests directly, stocking shelves, counting inventory, and performing cashier duties when needed, emphasizing your versatility and commitment to excellent service.

The Concessions Supervisor position demands strong communication skills for interacting with staff and preparing written statements, solid math skills to accurately account for inventory and cash, and the capacity to work productively in a fast-paced environment. Supervisors must also obtain an alcohol operator's license from the City of Green Bay within 60 days of hire and complete required pre-employment food safety and alcohol service training. The role involves physical activity such as constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting stock weighing up to 50 pounds, often in variable weather conditions. Shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and events with overtime as necessary.

Delaware North values the personal and professional well-being of its team members, providing a benefits package designed to ensure safety, comfort, and security as you contribute to creating outstanding guest experiences. Weekly pay, training and development opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible work schedules are offered to all team members. Eligible employees may also receive health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, parental bonding leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition or certification reimbursement.

Joining Delaware North means becoming part of a supportive, inclusive environment where your career goals are championed, and your contributions make a meaningful impact. Whether you are passionate about sports, hospitality, or leadership, this role at an iconic venue like Lambeau Field offers a rewarding career path with opportunities for growth in a company that values tradition, innovation, and exceptional service.
