Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of one year of experience in a food-service position required
- Previous point-of-sale or computer operation preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Supervisors are required to obtain an alcohol operator’s license from the City of Green Bay within 60 days of their hire date
- Ability to complete the required pre-employment food safety and alcohol service training
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
- Manage labor and profit loss
- Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift
- Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary
