Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- minimum of one year of experience in a food-service position required
- previous point-of-sale or computer operation preferred
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- supervisors are required to obtain an alcohol operator's license from the City of Green Bay within 60 days of their hire date
- ability to complete the required pre-employment food safety and alcohol service training
- basic math skills
- ability to accurately account for inventory
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
- investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
- manage labor and profit loss
- ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift
- assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary
