The role involves assigning duties to scheduled team members, assisting with their training, and resolving any complaints related to food quality, service, or accommodations. You will also be responsible for managing labor and profit loss, ensuring proper cash handling and tip record-keeping, and stepping in to assist with guest service, inventory stocking, and cashier duties when needed.
