At the heart of Delaware North's operations is a commitment to exceptional guest experiences, innovation, and employee development. With operations spanning the world, Delaware North fosters a dynamic and diverse work environment where team members can grow their careers and contribute to delivering unforgettable moments for guests.

Delaware North Sportservice has been managing concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown since 2012. Their presence at Lambeau Field, one of the most renowned sports venues in the United States, underscores their expertise in high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environments. At Titletown, Delaware North operates the Homefield Pub + Social, which includes Topgolf Swing Suites and hosts various special events such as seasonal sledding and ice skating, providing guests with unique and enjoyable experiences.

The position of Concessions Supervisor at Lambeau Field presents an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in energetic, fast-paced settings and who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. This seasonal role is critical in leading a team of concessions staff to ensure that every guest has a memorable and positive experience. Working as a Concessions Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, managing team members, and maintaining high standards of service quality.

The role involves assigning duties to scheduled team members, assisting with their training, and resolving any complaints related to food quality, service, or accommodations. You will also be responsible for managing labor and profit loss, ensuring proper cash handling and tip record-keeping, and stepping in to assist with guest service, inventory stocking, and cashier duties when needed. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.

Delaware North values its team members' well-being and provides a comprehensive benefits package designed to support both their personal and professional lives. This includes weekly pay, training and development opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible work schedules. Eligible employees may also take advantage of health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacation and holidays, paid parental leave, an employee assistance program, and tuition reimbursement for professional certifications.

Joining Delaware North as a Concessions Supervisor means becoming part of a global legacy and a family-owned company that values diversity and equal opportunity. Delaware North is committed to an inclusive workplace where all employees are respected and valued regardless of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected status. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team-focused environment, loves sports and entertainment, and is eager to be a part of the game day action at one of the most iconic stadiums in the world.
