The Concessions Supervisor role at Legends Hospitality, a division within Legends Global, plays a critical part in supporting all concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations. This position demands a hands-on leader who is able to manage event day staff effectively while maintaining close interaction with customers to ensure exceptional service experiences. As a front-line supervisory role, the Concessions Supervisor is entrusted with overseeing operational excellence through training, counseling, and monitoring staff performance. They also ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards. The supervisor’s responsibilities extend to inventory control, including auditing and reconciling food and beverage stock to support high-volume efficiency.
This position requires the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including outdoor venues subject to various climatic conditions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, as is the capacity to multi-task and prioritize tasks during busy event schedules. Physical stamina and mobility are necessary to perform job duties that involve lifting up to 50 pounds and continuous movement such as reaching, bending, and lifting. Job Requirements
- Meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service
- practice safe work habits
- complete company-wide and job specific safety training
- report all safety incidents on the same day of occurrence
- ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties
- Assist in training and counseling of event staff
- directly manage event day staff while interacting with customers
- maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory
- train, educate and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product quality
- interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory
- conduct physical audit of inventory and perform reconciliations
