Job Requirements
- Meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service
- practice safe work habits
- complete company-wide and job specific safety training
- report all safety incidents on the same day of occurrence
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- strong attention to detail and organization skills
- ability to multi task in a fast paced, team oriented setting
- fluent in English
- ability to work in open aired environments
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to work all venue events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling
Job Duties
- Assist in training and counseling of event staff
- directly manage event day staff while interacting with customers
- maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory
- train, educate and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product quality
- interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory
- conduct physical audit of inventory and perform reconciliations
