The Concession Supervisor role at Empower Field is an integral part of Aramark’s event-day operations. As a Concession Supervisor, you are at the heart of the operational success at the venue, overseeing the concession stands and their staff. Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Able to lead a team and diffuse conflict
- Able to read and write, and complete basic math functions
- Ability to frequently lift, bend, push/pull, and carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stand for several hours and work in outdoor climate with varying temperatures
- ServSafe or equivalent Food Safety Certification required or willingness to be trained and certified on site
- TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol certification required or willingness to be trained and certified on site
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Cleans and maintains all equipment and smallware items within the concession stand and concourse
- Stores product in designated areas, maintains PPE, and provides each stand with the necessary tools to adhere to food and safety guidelines
- Manages a section of concession stands and staff
- Maintains necessary paperwork throughout the event including but not limited to temperature logs, inventory stand sheets, and waste logs
- Adheres to food, safety, and safe-drinking guidelines and ensures they are being followed by staff
- Assists with the operations by operating a POS or preparing food and beverage items
- Maintains adequate product levels in each concession stand
- Performs inventory counts before, during, and after an event
- Maintains excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service
