Job Description

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated seasonal Concessions Supervisors to join our dynamic team at Comerica Park in Detroit, Michigan. By joining us as a Concessions Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading and motivating a team of concessions staff to deliver outstanding guest service amid the excitement of live sporting events. You will oversee day-to-day operations of concessions stands, ensuring inventory accuracy, timely stock replenishment, and adherence to quality and safety standards. The pay range for this exciting role is $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, reflecting the important leadership duties alongside hands-on operational tasks. Job Requirements

  • Experience working in a restaurant is required
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
  • Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
  • Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • No college degree required

Job Duties

  • Assign duties to scheduled team members
  • Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
  • Verify daily and end of month inventory counts for designated areas
  • Help train new stand employees on concessions operations including how to work the POS system
  • Ensure the concessions stands are stocked during and after the game, order supplies when needed
  • Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary
