The seasonal Concessions Supervisor role at Busch Stadium invites motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy interacting with guests to join their team. This position is essential in leading and managing concession team members to deliver exceptional guest service during events. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for assigning duties, training employees, handling complaints about food quality or service, managing labor costs, and ensuring financial accuracy related to cash handling and tips. Additionally, you will assist with stocking, inventory control, cashier duties, and directly supporting guests when needed. The job requires you to be physically active, standing, walking, and moving stock up to 50 pounds, often working outdoors or in variable weather conditions depending on the season. Working shifts include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special event days, ensuring you’re in the heart of all the game day action. In return, Delaware North provides a comprehensive benefits package with weekly pay, employee discounts, flexible schedules, and eligibility for health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) plans with company match, paid vacation and holidays, parental leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition reimbursement. The company welcomes candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences and does not require a college degree, although supervisory and restaurant experience is preferred.
