Delaware North is currently seeking part-time Concessions Supervisors to join their team at Bridgestone Arena. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of guest service, supervising team members, and supporting daily concession operations. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth operations by assigning duties, assisting with training new team members, and managing labor and profit loss. You will also be responsible for resolving guest complaints related to food quality, service, or accommodations, ensuring proper cash handling, and maintaining accurate tip records. This position requires flexibility to assist guests directly, stock inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary.
