The role of Hospitality Supervisor - Quick Serve is a pivotal position within Sodexo Live!, focused on ensuring superior guest service through effective supervision and support of Quick Serve staff. As a supervisor, the individual will oversee the operations at all points of sale, from kiosks to cafes, managing a team that provides fresh-to-order or pre-made snacks, beverages, and entrée items. This position requires a hands-on leader capable of organizing staff tasks, delegating responsibilities to Quick Serve Leads, and ensuring compliance with the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety. The supervisor will work in various service styles including take-away, restaurant-style, and in-seat service, actively monitoring service quality throughout the venue's multiple locations.

In this role, the Hospitality Supervisor must ensure responsible alcohol service and adherence to Sodexo Live!’s monetary transaction protocols, safeguarding revenue integrity and guest satisfaction. The supervisory duties extend to preparing in advance for events, providing real-time oversight during games or activities, and leading post-event cleanup efforts. This position involves close collaboration with culinary, warehouse, and operational teams to maintain seamless stock levels and efficient service flow. The Hospitality Supervisor also plays a crucial role in training and coaching Quick Serve employees, promoting teamwork, and maintaining a professional team appearance.

Physical demands include standing for prolonged periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and staying mobile within often confined spaces. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Supervise Quick Serve staff and support outstanding guest service
  • Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to Quick Serve Leads
  • Monitor servers providing snacks, beverages, and entrée items
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained
  • Circulate throughout venue to monitor service at kiosks, stands, and cafes
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service and adherence to transaction protocols
  • Plan, prepare, and supervise operations during events
  • Organize post-event closing and cleanup
  • Train and coach staff on service standards
  • Monitor cash handling and POS procedures
  • Inspect food and safety compliance
  • Resolve guest concerns and special requests
  • Coordinate disposal or storage of leftover food
