The role of Concessions Supervisor is a seasonal position at American Family Field, offering an exciting and fast-paced work environment. With a pay range of $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, this position is perfect for individuals who thrive on the energy of game day action. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will lead a team of concession staff, ensuring exceptional guest service at all times. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate team members effectively. Duties include assigning work duties, assisting with service tasks such as customer service, stocking, inventory management, and cashier duties when necessary. Supervisors will also investigate guest complaints, review operational procedures, oversee staff training and compliance, and ensure daily cleaning standards are met. The supervisor is responsible for keeping the team informed regarding policy changes or event updates, completing pre-event duties at assigned locations, and ensuring proper shutdown procedures at the end of shifts. This leadership role demands flexibility as shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. A Milwaukee Bartending License is required for this position, along with the ability to meet certain physical requirements such as standing and walking throughout shifts and occasional heavy lifting or equipment movement. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • at least one to two years of supervisory experience
  • must be able to obtain a Milwaukee Bartending License
  • must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand and walk for entire shifts, reach up to 6-7 feet, twist, bend, squat, push, and pull equipment
  • must be able to work in outdoor variable temperatures

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working in the service industry or hotels is a plus
  • at least one to two years of supervisory experience
  • must be able to obtain a Milwaukee Bartending License
  • must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Assign duties to scheduled staff
  • perform some service tasks such as assisting guests, stocking shelves, counting inventory, and cashier duties when necessary
  • investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
  • review work procedures and operational problems to determine ways to improve service, performance, or safety
  • assist Concessions Manager with staff training and compliance
  • monitor daily cleaning
  • ensure associates are kept informed of any changes in policies or events
  • complete pre-event responsibilities at assigned locations
  • ensure all assigned locations are shut down correctly before clearing staff
  • other duties as assigned
