The seasonal Concessions Supervisor role at Delaware North Sportservice offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the game day action at Allianz Field. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team during events to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. Your duties will include assigning tasks to team members, assisting with training, resolving customer complaints, and managing inventory and cashier responsibilities when needed. Additionally, you will lead a section of stands and portables, supervise non-profit volunteers, and conduct pre- and post-game inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency. This role requires building strong relationships with team members and volunteers and setting clear expectations for performance.

This position offers competitive pay at $18.75 per hour and flexible scheduling that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and 10+ hour shifts, essential for accommodating game schedules and special events.
