The role of Concessions Supervisor at Legends Hospitality is a pivotal position responsible for supporting and overseeing all concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations during events. This role requires hands-on leadership in managing event staff, from staffing and scheduling to training and counseling. The Concessions Supervisor will have direct interaction with customers, ensuring service standards are met and that food and beverage products are handled with the utmost care and quality control. Key responsibilities include maintaining inventory control, enforcing cash handling procedures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards such as responsible alcohol service and sanitation requirements. This supervisory position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, often outdoor environments. Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcohol beverage service
- ability to multitask in a fast paced, team-oriented setting
- ability to work fluently in English
- ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
- ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds up and down stairs/ramps
- ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- practice safe work habits by following all safety policies, procedures, and regulations
- complete safety training as required
- report all safety incidents promptly according to company policy
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- support all concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations
- assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of event staff
- directly manage event day staff with direct customer interaction
- maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory
- train and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product food quality
- ensure cash handling procedures are documented and enforced
- interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company standards, inventory, and cash control
- conduct physical audit of inventory and product, research and perform reconciliation
