As a Concessions Supervisor, you will oversee the concessions operations during events, ensuring service excellence, operational compliance, and high guest satisfaction. You will supervise concession stands, kiosks, portable locations, and autonomous retail concepts, balancing staff scheduling, inventory management, and service flow to meet the demands of each event effectively. Your leadership will directly impact the guest experience as you enforce speed of service, safety standards, cleanliness, and company policies.

This role requires strong communication skills as you will be the crucial link between frontline team members and unit management, addressing concerns promptly and facilitating smooth operational flow. Additionally, you will support the onboarding and training of concession staff, ensuring that every team member is well-prepared to contribute to the success of the event. The physical demands of the role include the ability to frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds, underscoring the active nature of the job.
