Job Requirements
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in concessions, food service, or event-based operations
- Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Must meet minimum age requirements to supervise alcohol sales per local and state regulations
- Must maintain valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service certification and comply with state-specific alcohol training requirements
- Food handler certification may be required depending on location
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- Open availability for varying shifts
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required

- Ability to meet minimum age requirements for supervising alcohol sales based on local and state regulations
- Valid TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures), TEAM (Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management), or equivalent alcohol-service certification
- Compliance with all state-specific alcohol training requirements
- Food handler certification may be required based on state or local regulations
Job Duties
- Oversee concession stands, kiosks, portable locations, and autonomous retail stores as applicable
- Assign staff to concession locations and adjust coverage based on volume and operational needs
- Conduct pre-event or pre-shift briefings to review expectations, menus, service standards, and assignments
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to management as needed
- Support onboarding and training of concession staff and leads
- Frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 40 pounds
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
